The last weeks in Stellenbosch went great. I think I haven't trained so good and well since a long time. I am very tired now, but still have enough time to recover.

Monday, February 20, 2012 3rd place at the African-Cup in Cape Town
Cape Town was ever and will always be my favourite city. I arrived yesterday in Stellenbosch, swam once in the pool, run across the grass fields, had a relaxed dinner and I already feel great.
Tuesday, February 14, 2012 9th place at the Pan-American-Cup in Barbados
Sunshine, sea, palm trees, turtles and rum. This is Barbados. And everyone is so friendly. Even the car drivers rather drive an hour behind me when I cycle then to overtake me risky.
