And also the second training camp is done. I am quite happy about changing places, even I will miss the great weather in Fuerteventura. Also this time I could do all my planned training and I am very tired now.

Also in Yokohama it is getting autumn. I am standing at the window, looking down to the harbour where we are going to swim. It is that windy that you can see white foam on the waves. At least that keeps the jellyfishes away.
Sunday, August 26, 2012 DNF in Stockholm
After the second round, I unfortunately had to quit the race. But with an almost three weeks lasting cold, I was just not fit enough for a World Series race. At least I tried it.
Thursday, August 23, 2012 Next race ITU World Triathlon Series in Stockholm, 25th of August
Two virus and one bike crash, that's the resume of the last three weeks, which is very sad. One week after the race in Hamburg I lost a bit of weight and caught a Virus, which affected my bronchial System.
